Thanks for the ego boost

Yeah, maybe 'weak-ass upper body' is a little harsh. My frustration lies with how easy (relatively) it is for me to make progress on my deads and squats, while I can pound away at my chest for months and months and MAYBE add a couple pounds to my max. In the year I have been seriously reading about and training for powerlifting, I have added significantly to my squat and deadlift maxes, while my bench max has literally not gone up at all, even under the direction of some pretty experienced guys.
I have read about the Sheiko routine, but never have tried it. Thanks for the suggestion.
