If I go to the gym six days a week how many days should I spend on cardiocascular exercises, and how many days should I spend on weight lifting, or should I do a little bit of both each time I go to the

Depends on what your goals are.

If you want to gain mass as well as fatloss, then go in 3wt and 3cardio

if you want fatloss but don't mind losing some hard earned muscle then you can do it six.

There are so many different theories upon this some some people will tell you otherwise. But from what I seen myself then you should split it up and give your body a rest.
