I am trying to gain some mass and have recently joined my local gym. I have read through lots of discussion groups talking about…

Lift hard (to 8 reps) Food is your friend Sleep to the max

…but I am struggling to find a good weight gaining website for in-depth reading. I have found a few but they are just front ends to sales pitches.

If anyone could recommend one I would appreciate it.

Anywhere from 6 to 14 would be hypertrophy range.

Don't forget the protein (1 g/lb body weight)

Enough sleep does not mean sleeping all day. It means sufficient sleep.

That would be my expectation.

www.t-mag.com is a good place too. Tmag has gotten alot of flack here but they continue to be a good website for training info. They sell quality supps..but they are overpriced and of questionable value.

No.

Example: it's possible to make very good quality gluatamine, even if one thinks that the value of the substance is questionable.
