hi... i am 18 and i am thinkig of taking up weight training whiel at collage. i am 6ft 2' and quite thin but i wish to build my self up. if any one has any tips about taking up weights and general good fitness. i would greatly welcome it. thanking you.

whiel at collage may be you shold lern how to spel insted of lift weight.
