I tried HST for the first time after a year of lifting, to break through a plateau. I am almost finished with the 8-week cycle and getting good results, but not sure what to do next. Do those of you who use HST use it exclusively, repeating cycle after cycle or do you use it occasionally just to break up your routine or break through a plateau?

I'm in my 3rd consecutive cycle right now. I might do some more PL- oriented stuff like 3x3 or or the russian super squat routine in the wintertime but HST is the best thing I've done in my 15 years of lifting while dieting.
