Alright, first i know how to use a search function. But in this case, it is a case by case situation.

First.
Im a 24 year old male that lives on the beach. So naturally i want that "beach" body. I am also very healthy with my food intake. My problem is i need to lose a couple more pounds of body fat, currently at like 10%, and just cant seem to shed the excess pounds around my waistline.
My traininging is
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wed- Legs and lower back
Thursday- arms
Friday- Shoulders and traps

I do cardio (run 3-5 miles) every afternoon and walk 3 miles (helping a buddy out) every evening.

My diet currently consists of 1500 cal, 256g protein, 15.5g fat, 30g carb and 18 surgar a day. Spaced across 7 meals.

I am 5'10 and weight around 169 pounds.

I am concerned that in losing the weight i might also lose hard gained muscle mass aswell. Any tips or products anyone can lend to give me that added "boost" i am shooting for?

Thanks!
