The main pulley wheel that carries the cable from the weights to the rest of the device has started to rub against the metal support bracket. I took it off and oiled the bearings, but it is not the bears, the outer rim of the pulley wheel itself is scraping, and making a lovely noise. I think something broken down in the wheel assembly. Any ideas?

Could you disassemble the wheel without it being in pieces and unable to reassemble it back?

All good now. Had installed the two-pulley wheel assembly incorrectly. Thanks.
