Does anyone know if running everyday has any effects of squatting to develop muscle? I run everyday for cardio and I squat twice a week. will one hurt the other? Never Forgive, Never Forget

IMO...leg press is ABSOLUTELY an excellent exercise. Keep in mind though, that for overall leg development and in fact even development of UPPER body, NOTHING can beat an intense set of SQUATS!
